All sales are final. EYLE™ does not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, sizing, or dissatisfaction with results related to spiritual, remote, or digital services.

All digital downloads, remote services, teas, bath products, and oils are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their nature.

Refunds are only considered for physical items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery to:

To be eligible, customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue

EYLE™ reserves the right to determine refund eligibility based on the condition of the item and supporting documentation. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, preference, sizing, or digital/remote services.
 

Refunds are only issued if a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, and must be requested within 3 days of delivery by contacting:

Proof of issue (photos and order details) is required for review. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

What to Include in the Refund Policy

Returns: Returns are not accepted for apparel, teas, bath, oil, sprays, remote services , or digital downloads.


Exchanges: Exchanges are only offered for apparel sizing issues (same design) if requested within 3 days of delivery; all other items (tea, bath, oil, remote services, digital downloads) are not eligible for exchange.


Refunds:

Refunds are not offered, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items report within 3 days of delivery; all tea, bath, oil, remote services, and digital downloads are non-refundable.

 

Photo of damage to email with order number and clear photo of the item and packaging. Email to sunflower.elevateyourlife@gmail.com. If approved , refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
